Marina Gouveia
Marina is a lawyer specializing in corporate disputes, commercial contracts, intellectual property, infrastructure, and agribusiness. She was a Case Manager at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce (CAM-CCBC) and has additional training in negotiation and mediation from institutions such as Pepperdine University. She also teaches business mediation courses and serves as a coach and evaluator in academic mediation and negotiation competitions. She is also a member of associations such as the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr) and the Spanish Arbitration Club (CEA).
Rissiane Goulart
A corporate lawyer with 22 years of experience and a strategic negotiator, she holds a Master's degree in International Law from California, USA. She is a certified mediator by the National Council of Justice (CNJ) and the International Monetary Fund (IMI). She holds prominent positions in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), representing public policies on over-indebtedness and serving as secretary-general of the Mediation Commission. She is a member of the CPR's panel of distinguished mediators in New York and an advisory board member for several Brazilian chambers. She has served as a judge in international mediation and negotiation competitions and teaches courses on these topics for courts and universities. She also co-created the "Brazilian Mediation Day" in Paris and has taught courses at renowned institutions such as UC Berkeley, Stanford, and Harvard.
